The following conditions apply to all Kew Lighting product returns:
All Kew Lighting products carry a 7 day no reason return policy.
To return Kew Lighting products for any reason, E-mail or call our customer services depatment within 7 days of recipt of your order. Kew Lighting will not refund after this period. The date of the delivery will be recorded by our carriers.
Our customer services department will issue you with a product(s) return authorisation number. The authorisation number should be clearly displayed on the return product packaing. Any products returned without a return authoriation number will not be excepted.
All products returned must be in original condition and packaging.
The cost of returning and insuring the products in transit will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if collection of product(s) is arranged by Kew Lighting. Product(s) can also be returned by your own method of delivery.
If you received free delivery for orders over £99.99 and if item(s) being returned makes the new invoice less than £99.99, the cost of delivery for sending the products out will be deducted from the refund. Kew Lighting current standard (2day) delivery rate is £9.95 per package.
Kew Lighting reserves the rights to refuse refunds if you fail to meet the above conditions.
Faulty or damage goods will be replaced or refunded.
Kew Lighting will not be liable for any damages incurred duties faulty goods or shortages such as electrician fees etc.
All refunds will be made within 14 days of return of Kew Lighting products.
